The recipient organization acknowledges and agrees that the use of the Amanti Resort Charity Voucher for silent auctions, live auctions, raffles, or any other fundraising activities is at their own discretion and risk. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient organization to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding such events, including but not limited to licensing, permits, and legal requirements.

Amanti Resort assumes no responsibility or liability for the legal compliance, organization, promotion, or execution of any fundraising event in which the voucher is used. By accepting and utilizing the voucher, the recipient organization agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amanti Resort, its owners, affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from its use.
